I was againghappy with the quality of work, professionalism of the employees. I am very happy.
It's pricing. I paid $180.00 to have my sectional cleaned and I thought that at least it would include scotch gaurd and maybe a clean smell. I asked the technician about including scoth guard and he said that it would be an additional 40.00. I was so disappointed. $220.00 to clean a sectional is a lot of money. Of course I work but, thats a lot of money for something that wasn't really dirty in the first place.

It depends on who they send to your home because they have some good workers and some bad ones I been using them for 20 years they do some dam good work until last Wednesday when this little guy came to my home very disrespectful unprofessional and rude
I don't know what they did, but I ended up having to entirely replace the two rooms they cleaned. I paid for two rooms and be cleaned and paid extra for deodorizer, as I have two dogs so there was a slight lingering smell. After they were done my place had a whole new awful smell. It must have been brought out of the pads under the carpet somehow. It smells like I hoarded 15 cats in there.
