Stanley Steemer came to my house to clean and refinish my hardwood flooring. After the work was completed within 2 - 3 months the hardwood began looking scratchy and not clean. I was specially told by management that this would not happen with the product that they use. Stanley steemer also missed a spot when putting the finish down and was told that they would come fix it.
