Accidental coffee spill. Called immedaitely and got appt for the next day. This is the results. After the first technician cleaned stain and all carpet, stain still visible with no change. After the second crew came back the next day, cleaned the stain again and living room. stain was bigger and more visible. We cleaned the stain ourselves with over-the-counter carpet cleaner. Took 15 minutes.
We just had Stanley Steemer out to clean the carpet in our rental room I am so pleased! The price was significantly less than the previous company we were using and I was worried if we would sacrifice on quality. I was worried for nothing. We've used several companies since I've been here and this is the cleanest the carpet has been in 9 years. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they got the job done in record time, and there is no lingering chemical smell. We will definitely be using them from now on!

Worst service ever received from Stanley Steemer ...They came to my home yesterday to clean some closet carpets... I had a couple carpets which were pretty dirthy but that is why I called what is supposed to be "An expert"...When they began the work I noticed that none of the traffic spots were being removed and the technicians told me that with the tools they had that was the best they could do and if I don't like it I should tell them so they could leave... Of course that's exactly what I did... I them went to home depot..... read more
A gentleman named Jeffery came to clean our carpet this morning and did an excellent job. In addition, we received a discount because my husband is a veteran. We will certainly call them again next year. AND, they arrived here exactly when we were told to expect them - a sixth gold star!
