After having a difficult time even getting them to my house to clean our couches.. I’m disappointed in the results. We spent $174 hard earned dollars to have our whole house carpeting cleaner. It is just as dirty after they left as it was when they walked in. Obviously didn't use anything but water. Dirt in front of chair is still there. Not happy. Won't use them again.
