Had Stanley steemer come out and clean my carpet after years of use they did an exceptional job. The owner even came out and stretched my carpet after I replace the hall with wood floors.
James and Jason came out today to redo my carpets, and I must say I'm extremely impressed by these two guys. They made sure I was completely happy with my carpets. James cleaned my carpets and answered every question I asked. They were both very professional and helpful. I wasn't pleased with my first cleaning and Stanley Steamer sent them out again to make sure I was satisfied and that my carpets were done right. Will definitely be using them again. Today I had all my carpets cleaned, deodorized and protected and my kitchen tile cleaned! It had been a long time since I used a professional carpet service! WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! The guys JAMES AND LEWIS who took care of my floors were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I am VERY pleased with the results and experience! I have used Stanley Steamer several times now and have been very pleased with the results. They have cleaned my carpets and steam-cleaned my tile. They also took care of the flooding problems at Scott's office this past spring. The employees are very professional and are upfront with all the costs. I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!
They did a great job in getting the stains out of our carpet and were very thorough in moving furniture where they could to get under everything. James and Hayden were a great team - I'd request them again. They came on time and explained all the steps they were doing. I searched a lot of results for carpet cleaning in Wichita Falls and am glad that they travel here, at no extra charge, from Lawton.
I was driving down Lee boulevard this morning when the next onslaught of rain hit. It was difficult to see out the windshield and I had to pull over until the rain lightened up. When I merged back into traffic, I was driving alongside one of your vehicles. This driver seemed unaware of the road conditions as he sped along, throwing what seemed like 5 gallons onto my car, making it impossible to see and I nearly crashed with my daughter sitting in the backseat.
