The one star is for the crew that came out and worked hard. The company and dispatch were horrible to work with. Left the driveway a mess and horrible condition. Offering me for the guys to come back to try to hose it down and won’t guarantee that it will be fully cleaned up. Zero trust in their work.
I was blown away by the level of professionalism, care & kindness of my rug and property. The guys that came out did an excellent job, and the results actually exceeded my expectations! Plus, the office staff is so friendly and helpful on the phone. It is evident that this particular location is managed with love and a quality experience from start to finish.
