I want it understood from the beginning that the two young men who cleaned the carpets were friendly and polite. My gripe is with the barrage of products/services offered. The sales pitch went on to the point of ridiculous, even after purchasing $100 more than the phone quote. I needed to be rude to stop the "offers" and get the man to working. My wife and I had Stanley Steemer in our home on Monday October 27th. The cleaners showed up on time, and were both very pleasant in appearance and demeanor. The professionalism and care that Nick and Mike provided during our service by far exceeded our expectations. My wife was so impressed with Nick that she assumed he was the owner or manager of the local branch. Much to our surprise, he said that he was just a regular employee.
