Same theme as other reviews...Made an appointment for Travis to come clean carpets a while back because my mom said how good he was. He never showed up or answered his phone. My mom has made 2 appointments with him recently now and he didn't show up or answer his phone!!! Do not use him. He won't come or respond. I think he just works when he wants to and has no consideration whatsoever for customers and they're time or needs.
So disappointed with Travis. There are more reviews that have had the same experience that I have had. You make an appointment and he cancels it. Three no shows. I have used Stanley Steamer for years...about four times a year and maybe the cleaning would be good...IF he showed up.
I have been using Stanley Steemer for the last 10 years and this last experience will end that. Travis called me the day before to confirm the appointment and I told him I had the day off and that I would be ready for when he showed up, which he told me would be around noon. So 4pm came up and I called the number that he had called me on the day before. It went to voicemail and I left a message. 6pm arrived and I called him again, straight to voicemail again. I had an appointment scheduled about a month ago and was emailed by the owner that he had a family emergency come up and that he was not able to do it. I understood and told him it was no problem and that I was going to be out of town for a week but we could reschedule after that. I emailed him several times asking if he could come out certain days and never heard back from him. I ended up calling and rescheduling.
