We had large tile bathroom cleaned, carpet in bedroom and stairs, love seat and lazy boy chair. The tile cleaned up very well. I was also really happy with how clean the furniture came out. I did add the deodorizer to the carpet and furniture this time and I recommend it if you have pets. The crew was very nice (Nick & James) and sensitive to my request to keep the cost down. I had high hopes for my experience with Stanley based on their reputation, however, I was very displeased with the service they provided. Not only did their associate continually try to upsale me and even trick me to add on services that I had not agreed to, but they did a rush job, not taking the time or attention necessary or that I paid for. I called S.S. on Monday before Thanksgiving and they got us in on Wed morning! On time ! Rob went above and beyond his job. Did fantastic work!! Will for sure call them again!! Even did my cars carpets and seats! Unplanned. Thanks for the great job!!
We have used Stanley Steamer for a while. They usually do a great job. the last job we had done, last week, was horrible, they rushed through, We had a couple recent stains, they didn't spend any time and had nothing but excuses as to why they wouldn't come up. The same type of stains have always come up in the past. We are definitely questioning their services from here forward
