I took the survey and asked for a call because my mattress still has an odor. After the mattress was cleaned and fragranced (still wet) it smelled great. The odor is still there. No call back and it’s been almost a week.

We had new carpet installed almost 2 years ago. Back in October 2019 we got a dog. Well, we noticed a slight dog smell in the carpet, if you put your nose to it and sniff. There were also a couple of spots where the cat had recently vomited. So, we decided to have Stanley Steamer come out and do a cleaning. Instead of the basic $150, we opted for the $250 protect and deodorize cleaning service. Brandon Cutler and Ashley Miller out of the 3635 Board Rd, Emigsville, PA office continued to provide the excellent service I have received from Stanley Steemer. Brandon and Ashley were very professional and friendly and took the time out to explain various concerns and clarify issues. The job they did turned out to look great in removing water stains in my stairwell and base. I highly recommend them, and hope to have these two professionals for future carpet cleaning needs.
