Had our carpet cleaned by you today. the men worked about 15 min on our rug and said they were done. It costed $166.00 for 15 min. The rug still looks dirty. The people who did my mothers rug went over it twice, your people did one quick pass and left. We were shocked when they said they were done. Will never use or recommend you people ever again.
They did a great job. Got all the spots out. They were very polite. In the Spring, We will be having them back to do the rest of the house.

I had the crew a few weeks ago !! Disappointed for work and also for the fact next day I realized a vase was disappeared from my kitchen . I couldn’t keep a eye on both of them I was watching the person who was doing the job not the other who was coming and going out and in many times....... so disappointed
I did not appreciate the work crew trying to "upsell" me additional services. I requested the cleaning of a sectional and love seat only. Throughout the cleaning process, the crew continued to ask me if I was interested in carpet cleaning, additional furniture cleaning, sanitizers, etc. If I wanted other items cleaned, I would have requested the service in my initial phone call.
Very disappointed as they do not remove stains, simply clean carpets, sofas and chairs but stains will still remain
