Waited 2 hours past our guaranteed appointment block. We were scheduled from 12-4 they arrived after 6.

It seems they have taken down my review from several days ago. I had tile cleaning done. When setting up the appointment on the phone I indicated wanted three additional bedrooms cleaned.. We decided not to do the three bedrooms, when they got here I informed the men of this. They then decided my living room was over sized. I eliminated 3 rooms and the charge was only $30 less than quoted. They told me they do not charge by square footage only by rooms. Very deceptive and unethical. First, they didn't show up when they were supposed too. But came in a car with cleaning equipment, no van. Then tried to upcharge me on cleaning services. So I had to pay $50 more than the minimum price to put their cleaning chemicals down. Just not a professional operation in my opinion.
