The people that arrived did an excellent job. They listened to us as if they were long time friends even though it was our first time to meet. They took the time to tell us what they would do and the price. When I mentioned how I wanted to get the smell out of the carpet he said cleaning alone would not do that would not do that but for about $10.00 more total (all rooms) they would add order remover also.
