They showed up on time. After that this business is in the business of ripping clients off. $300 to steam less than 260 feet of tile, missed the most prevalent areas. Left pools of water on floor in several spots , no clean up whatsoever . Yes that's the rate for this company, but the service for tile cleaning leaves much to be desired. Go to Dollar General and do it ones self.
RecommendedLee and Scott cleaned all the old and worn carpet in my house. They did a great job and it looks so much better!! They were punctual, very professional, friendly, polite, and answered all my questions very patiently. And when I called to schedule my appointment, Wendy was also very helpful and patient as I asked many questions! She even told me if I had anymore questions to feel free to call her back. Excellent customer service! Thank you all so very much for a wonderful experience!
Everytime Stanley Steemer cleans my carpet it looks as new as the day it was installed. Very courteous and professional crew.
They charged a great deal for my carpets to look as dirty as they did before they came. DON'T use them.
I had the guys out last week and the tile looks so good now , I also had a bdrm cleaned and the carpet looks amazing and was dry by that night.
Stanley steamer ruined my carpet in one of my spare bedrooms. They left the carpet SOAKING wet and now it has mildewed. Thanks stanley
