After my carpets were cleaned a pair of cuff links were missing - the certificate of authenticity was found on my closet floor.

Stanley Steemer came out today to clean the ceramic tile floors in my home. They called ahead, arrived on time, worked quickly and did a fantastic job! I will be calling soon to get my hardwood floors cleaned.
I said that I would recommend because they did a good job, as well as I can tell, carpet and furniture still drying. However I am concerned, they came early and I did not have a mask on yet when I answered my door. They were not wearing masks. I stayed back from them but but one of the men coughed twice in front of me. So I now need to self quarantine for 14 days to be sure I haven’t been exposed. I am very concerned now. I wish they were required to wear masks.

I scheduled a cleaning on Friday February 14th - two men arrived, they had 1,300 square feet of carpet to clean and move furniture - they were done in 30 minutes, my carpet looks NO different. They said they will treat any spots or dark spots, however the only ones they treated were the ones I insisted they did. If I said something about a spot or the carpet does not look any different he had an excuse as to why the stain would not come out he has dealt with this allot and they just won't come out blah blah blah. They came the next day after calling. Both gentlemen were very polite. They moved the furniture.
This was the second time we used Stanley Steemer of Richmond and have been pleased with the work done. The crew was professional and easy to work with. We will use them again.
They did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. The only concern I have is that they never put on shoe covers, when they would go outside and come back in. I would think that if the carpet is wet, would any dirt from outside stick to it?
