The two technicians arrived in timely manner. They were polite, friendly and professional. The furniture isn’t dry yet but it looks very good so far. They were thorough and didn’t waste anytime completing the work. They asked if I needed anything and cleaned up before they left. First time using Stanley Steamer and I’ll be sure to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. The workers were respectful, kind, and cheerful. They did a thorough job and 3 floors of carpets look great! I was amazed at the staining that was removed. Highly recommend.
