Stanley Steemer is a very community minded organization, co-sponsoring the annual Teddy Bear Toss with the Syracuse Crunch. They use their considerable skill to collect, clean and refurbish the thousands of toys for distribution at the Salvation Army's Christmas Bureau. Every contact I have had with them has been positive from the polite and competent technicians to the kindness of the owner. They are a class act.
If you are elderly and want to be taken advantage of and have your medication stolen this is the place to call. The boss will come over and leave a check for $28 to cover your new prescription so no harm no foul.
This outfit sent two drug addicted losers into my elderly In-Laws home where they proceeded to riffle through the bedrooms searching for valuables. They also pilfered their medicine cabinet stealing desperately needed medications. To ad insult to injury this POS Company charged $500.00 to clean 3 small rooms. I highly recommend staying away from this joke of a company and the felons they send into homes with no intentions of doing a quality service..
�DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR ELDERLY PARENT'S OR GRANDPARENTS HOUSE!��NOT ONLY DID THEY ROB MY MOTHER'S MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION THEY SCAMMED HER INTO A ���EXTRA SERVICE & SHE HAD TO GET ON HER KNEES & DO IT OVER (82 years old) �I PUKED IN MY MOUTH WHEN THE OWNER OFFERED $20 TO MAKE IT RIGHT!� SERIOUSLY?! $500 for a HORRIBLE SERVICE & the house os a cracker box! SHAME ON YOU! Betcha them 2 ROBBIN ���GOONS ARE STILL EMPLOYED!
The staff were all very nice and polite. I had a Ten year carpet with a plenty of stains and dirt over the years and once they were done just like the carpet was the first day clean and bright. Thank you once again for the outstanding work you have done.
