I decided to use Stanley Steamer for my vents including my dryer vent because supposedly they are certified so I chose them over a less expensive company to ensure the job would be done right. During estimate I'd asked if there would be a mess left behind, I was assured that it gets pushed down into the system and not out into the house and if any did end up on the floor they'd clean it up. Our carpets were cleaned Friday 11/1/19 by the nicest man possible. We have had our carpets cleaned once a year for the past 4 years by your company. This is the first time that the service man took time to go over the high used areas more than once. He also used a squeegee after applying the protector which none of the other service men did in the past. I can't say enough about the service we received from him.
