A friendly woman was able to give us a quote for services and added the discount I saw on Facebook. She set us up with the time we chose. Stanley Steemer in Lake Havasu City, Az. has always took pride in our customer service and satisfaction. If a problem arises we request the customer contact the office within 10 days so we may make things right. We are sorry that Kari Smith was upset with the techs job. Nothing was said to either of them except all was ok when they left. She even gave them drinks because it was hot. She did cancel her credit card payment before we even had a chance to process it. On July 15th Stanley Steemer came out to clean the carpets at our new home as a pre-move in precaution because we have grandchildren who will be crawling and toddling around on the floors. When we went back for our final walk through on the 17th before closing, the carpet was still wet and it had just begun to have a musty odor. Bryan and Kyle did a great job cleaning the ducts. They were very nice and cleaned up afterwards. Worth the cost.

Be aware, this is not an honest company.1) They did an extra job after i asked them not to, charged me for it...and as it turns out even cleaned out the wrong duct!. I have called them about 4 times and the dont return calls. Besides this, they offered an extra service to clean "bacteria" and upon checking..my ducts are still full of dirt. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money.

Very poor service. Their website says they move most furniture, but they just cleaned around two small chests, a small dresser, and a small bookcase, even though everything had been removed from them. They do not move beds, but instead of reaching under the beds, they just cleaned around them. All this in spite of the fact that I had removed all small items from both rooms. I will be using one of the small local firms for this type of work in the future.

The crew damaged one of my units while cleaning the duck work and unit! They told me they would not clean the unit but they did and damaged the pilot light!. The are not taking responsibility for this! I cannot recommend them!

I ended up buying a hoover because they left the carpet in worse shape than when they cleaned. Now I am on my 27th bucket of dirty water and it is looking so much better and smelling like it is not ruined. There is a God! I found cracker crumbs on the carpet which only means their equipment sucks or they are just nasty lazy workers. Never again!
