Chris and Braden did a fantastic job! They had their challenges since we have three cats, but the upholstery and carpet looked and smelled so nice when they were done. They stayed on task the entire time, and explained the process well. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.
The only issue we had was that they ran late. He was apologetic and did a good job.
The man who came to our house was courteous and thorough. Explained all the options and was done much quicker than I thought. Great experwnce
Stanley Steemer's La Crosse/Rochester location is under new ownership! We had them out today and they did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and upholstery, and they'll do air ducts too! Their office and our technician were communicative, timely, and professional. Check out their website for regional information as well as quotes, etc. So excited about carpet that is white and stain-free again :)
