If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is absolutely horrendous. We cancelled our service a year ago due to service that was so abysmal I can't even find the words to describe it. A year later, these clowns are still sending us monitoring invoices. The system was literally thrown in the garbage a year ago. Numerous emails and phone calls were made to try to resolve with no results. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional service vendor in my 40+ years of business.
