Just went online this afternoon to pay the bill on my 18-year business alarm account. Creating a username and password on any other website in the world takes only seconds, whether banking, medical, retail, etc.. Got an email from Stanley 5 hours later saying it'll take them "up to three weeks" for them to get back to me with my username and password registration. THREE WEEKS?!?
