started shopping for a roofer back in early summer last year after noticing some curled shingles and a few missing tabs after a wind storm. got three quotes total. JRs wasnt the cheapest but the inspector spent the most time up there and came back with photos of stuff the other two hadnt mentioned including some questionable flashing around the bathroom vent. that kind of sealed it for me. financing was offered which i ended up using because we wanted to do the full job rather than patch and hope. signed the contract in july... read more
Had JR's do a full shingle replacement after the previous owners had let things go for too long. The new roof looks sharp and the line where it meets the siding is clean, no weird gaps or sloppy edges. They also replaced a section of fascia that had rotted out near one of the corners. Six months in and there's been no issue through a couple of heavy rains and one decent snowfall. Good quality work for the price.
JR's roofing replaced our shingle roof and the finished look is really nice. Even color throughout and the ridge cap looks clean. They also addressed som fascia that was warping on one side.
the roof was probably overdue for replacement by a good five years honestly. shingles were cracked and a few had blown off in storms over the years.
