I chose SkyFort Roof Replacement & Installation because they were willing to phase the work. A few sections at the back needed doing urgently and the front could wait a season, and nobody else would split it that way. They did the urgent part, came back when I was ready, and honored the original price on the second half. The paperwork was clear both times.

had a leak by the chimney after a hail storm and water was getting into the attic. they came out fast for an inspection and found the damage the insurance adjuster missed. did the full replacement plus new flashing where it was leaking. no more water coming in even through the downpours last week. the whole thing was less stressful than i figured it would be
Started getting quotes after a neighbor mentioned their shingles were curling and ours looked the same. SkyFort sent someone out within a few days for the free inspection. He took photos, showed me where granules were thinning, and didn't push anything. The quote came in by email the next morning. We took about three weeks to decide and they didn't pester us once. When we did pull the trigger, install was scheduled within two weeks. Whole project ran on the timeline they gave us upfront.
