roof was 22 years old and finally giving up. SkyFort did the replacement back in september. dark grey shingles, new drip edge, ridge vent setup. the foreman texted me updates which was nice since i was at work. cleanup was solid, found maybe one nail in the driveway after. price came in lower than two other quotes i got. financing worked out without much hassle either. been through a few storms now and its holding
full roof replacement plus new soffit and fascia on the entire perimeter. skyfort handled all of it as one project which was a big reason we chose them. the shingles they installed are architectural with a slight dimension to them and the house looks substantially different from the curb. the old fascia had been bothering me for years because it was painted aluminum that had faded badly and the new wrap is clean and sharp. soffit got new venting which apparently the old setup didnt have enough of according to the inspector. ... read more
Good people to work with. The estimate was clear, no pressure to add things we didn't need and the install team kept us in the loop while they worked. New roof looks clean and the gutters they did at the same time line up nicely. Took them about a day and half for the whole job

This was one of those projects that sat on our to-do list for years because the roof wasn't actively leaking, it just looked terrible.
