Stanley Roofing stayed with me through several issues with my insurance company. They went over an above in providing the insurance company proof of damage and advocating for a fuller payment for damages to my roof. This is a very good company with knowledgeable and friendly people. The roof work was excellent, and the extra contracted work of gutter guards were reasonably priced and professionally installed.
In the spring of 2024, my roof was damaged by a wind storm. I found Stanley Roofing through Google — they had excellent reviews. A crew arrived within a few hours after my call and covered the damaged area with a tarp. My insurance company tried to save every penny, but thanks to Jessy, who did an incredible job, I now have a brand-new roof. Jessy cared about my home as if it were his own. Used them for hail damage claim. Horrible. Dropped the ball. Operations manager had me on the roof marking the damage just before insurance adjuster showed ( I’m 71) while he sat in his truck. I told him his markings had washed off. Said “ I have to make some phone calls” and climbed back in his truck. Adjuster had to go by what I marked because my Stanley Roofing “expert”was too busy to do the job.That’s just part of the sad story. Pass on these guys.
