Zero bedside manner. Old man gruff disposition.
He screwed up a prescription, it should have been fixed Wednesday when I contacted them, I contacted them many times Friday, and going into the weekend it is still not fixed and now won't be until at least Monday. This doctor can't even do the bare minimum to treat a patient.
The lady at the check in desk at Optum Primary Care was very pleasant and accommodating, this being her initial appointment. However, the PA Robin Johnson was quite a different matter intirely. Not only did he not acknowledge my wife's maladies, but was so bold to talk behind her back in a loud demonstrative voice assessing my wife's health and near death experience in a derogatory way with his staff, prior to her almost immediate departure from the Optum facility. I had a pleasant experience with Stanley Robin Johnson, PA. Not only he took his time to listen to me and answer my questions, but he also gave me a call a short after to read my test results. An old school PA, I guess.
