Our dishwasher broke and destroyed our kitchen and our insurance company recommended Stanley Restoration, so we called them and set up an appointment. Richard came out to the house within a few days, presented us with a comprehensive quote and timeframe for demolition. They began work promptly thereafter and had all the water damage remediated in a few days. The entire process was seamless and transparent. Richard and his crew were always on time, thorough and completely professional. Highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Stanley Restoration. Dealing with water damage is overwhelming, but their team (Ashley, Claira, Dina, and Maria) made the process so much easier. They packed up my parent’s home quickly, carefully, and with so much attention to detail. Everyone was kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. I felt confident that their belongings were in good hands. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Company is a joke, they quoted for stuff on our claim that weren’t even done. The project manager assigned was Preston and he only stopped by to check on the work maybe twice due to our complaints. We were told it would be max 2 month project since we had water damage/mold and it turned out to be 6 months. We agreed to break contract due to the dissatisfaction on how things were done and handled. I tried being flexible and patient with Preston and the project but we weren’t priority.
