I think they basically suck - they are supposed to be managing the Chateau Woods subdivision detention basin and it is absolutely in deplorable condition, the pump is broken, the pond is full of trees, weeds, and the spillway has weeds over 4 ft. high. Calls are met with cool reception and empty promises of "I'll find out what is going on" get repeated and nothing happens. Its a breeding ground for mosquitoes and maybe West Nile, snakes, etc.
They are slumlord management company.
