Very disappointed with my experience. My sister and I both got our nails done, and we were both unhappy with the results. I also got a pedicure, and it was very poorly done. It didn’t feel like I had even gotten a pedicure because there was little to no difference afterward. One of the staff members was also rude and rushed through the appointment. When I politely asked her to be more careful, she wasn’t receptive. Unfortunately, the service and quality did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this salon.
Not recommended I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I drove an hour for my appointment, hoping to finally find a salon I could return to regularly, but unfortunately it didn’t go well. I got shellac nails yesterday, and today one of them has already peeled off completely on its own (photo attached). Shellac should last weeks, not just one day. Sent my wife to get her toes and nails done today and I was not pleased i spent almost 200$, for TERRIBLE customer service. The lady who worked her feet was extremely rude and I am disgusted with how unprofessional and disrespectful this woman was. She was extremely rough with the foot skin grater instrument , when she went to remind the lady she hasn’t had anybody work on her feet in years due to being a mother she snapped at her and said “yeah, I’m not new here girl” when she was clearly uncomfortable. Had such a good experience getting my nails done for the first time at this location with Jay. He was very gentle with my nails, did such a good and was very caring. The salon is renovated and so nice inside, loved it! I will be back, totally recommended ❤️
My husband and I started coming together a year ago, approximately once a month, for a manicure and pedicure. Despite the fact that I’ve never seen any evidence of them sterilizing their tools in between clients, and every technician is different and has a different technique, and some have left me bleeding by cuticles being cut aggressively on my fingers or toes, I’d decided to continue going as it’s close to home and we can go together.
