I’ve been a loyal customer at Stanley Nails for over three years, however after my experience today, I will not be going back. I was belittled, yelled at, and left in tears. At my previous appointment with Vivian I was essentially upsold a service( I paid $145.00 for pedicure and gel X)that I did not want because I was told it would be better for my nails. Nana did an amazing job with my nails! She totally got what I was looking for and made the whole process super easy, especially when it came to picking out colors for a Christmas-themed design. The final look turned out even better than I expected—so pretty and exactly my vibe. I’m seriously so happy with it!
My husband and I started coming together a year ago, approximately once a month, for a manicure and pedicure. Despite the fact that I’ve never seen any evidence of them sterilizing their tools in between clients, and every technician is different and has a different technique, and some have left me bleeding by cuticles being cut aggressively on my fingers or toes, I’d decided to continue going as it’s close to home and we can go together. Had such a good experience getting my nails done for the first time at this location with Jay. He was very gentle with my nails, did such a good and was very caring. The salon is renovated and so nice inside, loved it! I will be back, totally recommended ❤️
Chi Chi is an awesome technician at this location. She found a way to tackle my problematic ingrowns and she always does the BESTTT massage. I love seeing her for my pedicure monthly. Also the lady at the front is nice and it’s easy to book in ☺️
