Not recommended I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I drove an hour for my appointment, hoping to finally find a salon I could return to regularly, but unfortunately it didn’t go well. I got shellac nails yesterday, and today one of them has already peeled off completely on its own (photo attached). Shellac should last weeks, not just one day. I strongly advise others not to visit this nail studio due to my extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM today. When booking, I specifically requested a time around 12:30 PM because I had a dentist appointment at 2:00 PM. I was informed that 1:00 PM was confirmed, and I arranged my schedule accordingly to make it work. Had such a good experience getting my nails done for the first time at this location with Jay. He was very gentle with my nails, did such a good and was very caring. The salon is renovated and so nice inside, loved it! I will be back, totally recommended ❤️
Nana did an amazing job with my nails! She totally got what I was looking for and made the whole process super easy, especially when it came to picking out colors for a Christmas-themed design. The final look turned out even better than I expected—so pretty and exactly my vibe. I’m seriously so happy with it!
My husband and I started coming together a year ago, approximately once a month, for a manicure and pedicure. Despite the fact that I’ve never seen any evidence of them sterilizing their tools in between clients, and every technician is different and has a different technique, and some have left me bleeding by cuticles being cut aggressively on my fingers or toes, I’d decided to continue going as it’s close to home and we can go together.
