I’ve been going to Jenny for my nails, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s incredibly talented, pays so much attention to detail, and my nails always turn out even better than I imagined. I’ve been coming to Stanley Nails Highgate since they first opened — about 7–8 years now — and I can honestly say it has become my go-to place for manicures! 💅✨ A special shoutout to Jay, who is absolutely wonderful! I used to go here a lot but they've gone down in quality lately and the last time I went, it was so bad. I asked for a simple French Manicure and they did such a poor job of it. I asked the staff (Katy) to fix ONE finger (even though more than one looked bad) because it was so lopsided and she got passive aggressive with me. She did ask me if everything looked okay before putting it in the UV light, but she rushed me so I couldn't check properly. Even so, shouldn't they be the one checking their work beforehand? Very disappointed with my experience. My sister and I both got our nails done, and we were both unhappy with the results. I also got a pedicure, and it was very poorly done. It didn’t feel like I had even gotten a pedicure because there was little to no difference afterward. One of the staff members was also rude and rushed through the appointment. When I politely asked her to be more careful, she wasn’t receptive. Unfortunately, the service and quality did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this salon.
