Dr. Mathews may be a decent standard thyroid care doctor on a good day. He is not however knowledgeable or experienced enough for handling complex endocrine cases involving pituitary/thyroid/adrenal glands all at once. His bio states that he treats his patients like family, if this is the case it is not like any family I'd would want to be related to. I have been a patient for several years. I wouldn't trust another doctor. He's been an excellent doctor for me.
Rude. Impolite. Condescending. Snobby. Arrogant. Egotistical. Quick to Anger. Unhelpful. Useless. Irritable. If you are looking for these qualities in a physician-LOOK NO FURTHER……Dr. Stanley Matthew is the guy for you. Enjoy! He is a Real Gem.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mathew for several years now. He has a welcoming and responsive staff. Office is well run and organized using all the technology that is now available to make patient - staff/doctor interaction more efficient and user friendly. Patient visits never feel rushed and he will always take time to make sure to answer any questions I have. Friendly demeanor and very knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommend him as an endocroninologist.
Dr. Mathews has treated my mother-in-law, my daughter and my husband. He has great bedside manner and does a really good job of explaining what is going on with their diagnosis and how to fix it. He is very thorough. A+ rating from the Edwards family.
