These homes are overpriced four-story buildings in Short Pump. I don't see any reason for someone to want to spend as much as they do for these condos in an overcrowded area like Short Pump. The country is where it's at.
Disapponted with (apparently non existent) sound deadening between floors. I am awaken at 5:20 most mornings by the sound of people just merely walking across their floor. HOA communication is terrible. I have emailed them 2X and called 3 X regarding clarification on the "new" rules for the use of the clubhouse with no definitive answer. I am out of patience.
