By far I feel that Stanley Marrin Homes strive to build a solid good quality home. Any walk through I have had has shown the quality of their work to be stellar. My sales manager, TinaMarie made my experience absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions I have had. TinaMarie worked with me to make everything smooth and easy.
The standard shower surround was mistakenly installed. We have been waiting patiently to get our upgraded shower surround for 18 months. Many emails, texts, phone calls and one on one conversations regarding this matter have not resolved the issue. Our Timber Woods home is beautiful and well constructed.The Stanley Martin representatives and builders have been wonderful except for this issue. Always on the top of list, first thing in morning, someone will be in touch etc.
My client is under contract on a home that is mostly built. The details and upgrades this builder adds as part of their base package exceeds most of the new construction homes we've seen in the past. The builders agent, Tina, has been exceptional to work with. Her knowledge of the products Timberwood offers, as well as the communication with us, has been great. I look forward to seeing the final home and feel certain my buyer will love the purchasing experience, home, community and location. Thank you, Tina!
