Great community
We bought a home in this community. I have to say at first sight this looks like a beautiful community. But we were deceived, lied to, and continually put on the back shelf as we tried to get the punch list from the written contract completed. Our house was the only house without shutters even though these were listed on the plans in the contract - signed off on and dated. Their explanation was it was not approved by the city of Milton.
