**THE AFTERMATH** After purchasing new 1.5 years ago, our brand new AC unit died. The level of caulking I'm having to do around the edges of the ceiling & the baseboards is not normal. The nail pops are never ending. The free repairs they offer a year after the purchase date, need to be repaired again. I mean, the exact same repairs they did.
