It is really sad and frustrating that after Sterling Martin was done and terminating their lease on the model home in the Greenbriar Meadows neighborhood- Greenville, it became problematic for them (Sterling Martins) and their staff to properly hand over the keys of the house to the homeowner. Their staff was unable to give appropriate information, regardless of multiple attempts in person and over the phone about handing over the key in due time.
