I’ve been living in the capital court community for a year now, and I can say the experience that I had with Stanley Martin prior to moving in was much better in comparison to after moving in. The HOA currently in place has been horrific. I’ve been charged twice for late payments for my HOA payment when I actually submitted payment prior to my due date.
