I had a very disappointing experience with **Benjamin L. Trobaugh**, the sales representative at Stanley Martin Homes in Wesley Chapel. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the sales process to be informative, patient, and respectful. Instead, I felt that many of my questions were dismissed. I've purchased a new construction with this builder and after closing I've found hole in the walls electrical problems uneven floors as for the warranty department they are unprofessional and rude the builder do not care don't waste your time and money. RUN!!!

Too many delays, the house was built like a garbage shed, very unprofessional, no communication, too many imperfections

We signed a contract for a new build townhouse on August 2021. It's July 2022 and they are nowhere to be finished. Since December 2021 we're promised for a closing and it's not happening because they always have a delay with something. Very incompetent and unprofessional. Do not recommend new build with them. I wish I went with Epperson. Our relatives finished a new build house in Epperson within 6 month.
