Very disappointing experience at Stanley Martin Homes’ Avalon Park community in Wesley Chapel. My clients were pre-approved VA buyers, selected a Quick Move-In home, and were ready to move forward. I had a very disappointing experience with **Benjamin L. Trobaugh**, the sales representative at Stanley Martin Homes in Wesley Chapel. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the sales process to be informative, patient, and respectful. Instead, I felt that many of my questions were dismissed. I've purchased a new construction with this builder and after closing I've found hole in the walls electrical problems uneven floors as for the warranty department they are unprofessional and rude the builder do not care don't waste your time and money. RUN!!!

Too many delays, the house was built like a garbage shed, very unprofessional, no communication, too many imperfections
