Homes are extremely noisy. Huge lack of sound deadening between units and glass is poor quality, a lot of road noise in the home. UPDATE: Their response is exactly what you would expect down to 1 star. You can report issues for 45 days straight ever since day 1 of moving in and they will kick the can down the road and ask you to contact someone else or do nothing. BUYERS BE WARNED
Very informative meeting. The sales manager made you feel comfortable and was able to answer your questions. Lots of changes happening in Ashburn. This was a positive experience.
