My entire family saw Dr. Zak for nearly 20 years. Over this time, his work has gotten messy and he has missed numerous issues including cavities, misdiagnosed TMJ, and incorrectly completed a root canal. This was confirmed when as our family one by one switched to a new dentist. Dr. Zak is a second-generation dentist whose professionalism and personality puts me at ease. He is gentle but thorough in his exam and attentive his patients' health and well-being. His office, where he has practiced for decades, is always spotless. He is located om Kensington Ave. near the intersection of Harlem and Wehrle Rds., accessible along several bus routes and not far from.

Office was dirty and not up to the standards of what I would of expected. The staff was rude, the doctor was late and the place I swear has rats in it. It is next door to a bar, not ideal for children and hard to park in. I would go to a better place if i were you. This place is a joke. He is nice to your face but you can tell he is just running through patients to get their money.

Dr. Zak is very knowledgeable. He is very friendly and explains his treatment plan. Excellent dentist.
