Dr. Hoy was professional, thorough, and kind, as we the nurses and receptionist.
Dr Hoy was very transparent with his explanation of the surgery and what to expect after surgery. I felt very confident in his ability to care for me. The staff that assisted him, anesthesiology, were also very helpful and professional.. I gave 5 stars bc it was a 5 star process.
