Dr Jack has been ok until my last appointment. His nurse was rude and failed to inform me about Medicare requirements for certain blood tests. After completing the tests she then called with inaccurate info. I asked to speak with the office manager who was hostile. She said she had twelve years experience and was even less helpful than the nurse who previously told me everything was good, then it wasn't. They said they would ask the doctor to call but I have received no response.
Proffesional and efficient sums up my visit. Thanks!
