I just got off the phone with the front desk for this dentist. Man, whoever they have answering the phones might be the rudest person I have ever encountered in dental or healthcare ever. I called because I went to Dr Harris in 2023 and 2024 for routine cleanings and checkups. At the time I liked him well enough to go back and be a repeat patient. Now two+ years later I am receiving bills for services in 2023 and 2024 which is confusing to me because I had dental insurance back then. So why am receiving bills years later? ... read more
Dr. Harris was friendly. You see him briefly. The dental hygienist was kind but she was not meticulous or detail oriented. It was the fastest cleaning I have ever had. It really felt like she was rushing through it. It was also the wettest cleaning I’ve ever had. It seemed like water was spraying everywhere and at one point I felt water running down my neck.
“Wonderful experience! The whole staff is incredibly welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing, and Dr. Harris and the assistants are very gentle.
Nice guy, But not the best dentist. I have multiple fillings from different teeth continuously fall out. On top of that received invoice to pay for fillings that were done horribly. Save yourself the time and find a better option
