Very unprofessional. My roommates and I were in contact with them for a rental and we were told about a showing between 4-5p. My roommates took off early to get there by 4:15p and no one was there. We tried calling every number available and tried emailing them to get some answers. We stayed until about 5:15p until we finally decided to leave. We still tried to contact them the next few days but got no response. It wasn’t until a week later they finally reached out to tell us the showing was cancelled.
Been using Stanley for over 8 years now and don’t think anyone else could fill his shoes. Has always went above and beyond. His knowledge and attitude makes a stressful process easy!
