I depend on transporting for the disable persons. I have a window to to get picked up. Once I heard they were running a tad bit behind, I told the receptionist about my issue. Both spoke amongst themselves, and placed me with another doctor. Best decision they made. The doctor was excellent, although my day was kinda off. She explained everything thoroughly, n what to expect, when. No sooner I started to wait for my bus, it came 10 minutes earlier. That never happens, but im glad it worked out for me, n hopefully them, also?
Dr. Chai was really sweet and attentive! I’ve been looking for a GYNO for the longest time and I have zero complaints! The ladies at the front desk were great and made me feel very welcomed.
Dr. Chai is excellent. Very patient.
