we had a fantastic experience. We were not pressured and everyone was helpful and went out of their way to get us what we needed. Andrew Kelly explained everything and worked with us to make the loan meet our expectations. Shaun Donahue was helpful without any pressure giving us the vehicle we wanted.

at first we felt things were a bit transactional - more about paperwork and getting the sale. Then Wes stepped in, apologized, really listened and kept us from walking away. From that point forward, we were taken care of - found just the right car - great communications and service. This is our family's third car from Stanley - we will come back again.
