Mark is an excellent salesman. I'd asked him 6-7 months ago to call me if and when a SRW 1 ton came to the used lot, and he called me first and immediately.
Nathan was understanding and helpful when we were negotiating. After I purchased the car, he took time to explain and demonstrate the many options on the vehicle. Adam was very patient when explaining the financing and options. I felt both were being honest with me and did not make me feel like I was just a chance to make a sale or to take advantage of me.
I was with dodge they didnt want to deal so i got with Adam crow that helped at dodge and im happy with the work Adam and Kyle are doing great job.
In 2003 the first time we bought a truck at Stanley Ford, it was a Ford Explorer. I didn't know if I wanted one. I did not want to give up my sports car. But within a week of driving that Explorer I loved it! There was room for all the grandbaby stuff. Stroller and baby seat. All of a sudden I went from missing my sports car to loving the Explorer! Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, understanding and cooperative. We had a problem and they were commited to helping solve that problem. The general manager was especially helpful. I had an appointment for an oil change on my 2010 F150 which I had originally bought at Stanley Ford. While my truck was being serviced, I chatted with Mark Schultz (the one who sold me the truck originally). He asked if I had thought about trading up. I said I had but not very seriously as we are on a fixed income and I had a fair amount of money invested in a shell that matched the royal blue of the truck as well as a bed liner and a heavy-duty grille guard. I went to Stanley with low hopes of buying a new ford fusion. I was very upside down on my vehicle and I knew that would affect the purchase. Kyle did what he could to get me in the car I wanted and never tried to push me to buy something I did not want. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Adam Crow was one of the nicest guy's I've dealt with and made the finace side of things very fast and easy.
I will always go to Stanley Ford in McGregor and buy from Mark Whiteside because he and everyone there are very friendly people.
