On Tuesday 2/24/26 a Stanley Elevator van removed my space saver (blue cooler with a 30lb kettlebell inside) and stole the parking spot I had shoveled out in South Boston. One would think a local company would avoid abusing potential customers and be aware of parking ordinances in the city of Boston which allows space savers up to 48 hours after a snow emergency.
So I worked with another elevator company - couldn't figure out how to fix the problem... to the tune of 15 k dollars in service calls and boards and repairs ..... Changed to Stanley... two visits and the elevator has worked ever since.... they were fantastic... We all have problems... Stanley solved mine efficiently and cost effectively.
