Stanley crew spec’d and installed an AC-priority heat pump for me in June 2026. I had a competing bid, but Stanley proposal was clearer and a bit less expensive. Another selection criteria for me was that the company is a true full-range electrical contractor, so a great rel’ship to have for future needs. My heat pump would not turn on and, on the recommendation of my plumber, I called Stanley Electric last Friday. Jason was very helpful and went out of his way to help me check the simple things that might be wrong but nothing worked. He then scheduled his technician (Asher--my apologies if I am misspelling his name) to come out the next work day (Monday) and kept me informed about when he might be available. Rocky, our service tech, was good at explaining things, professional and found and dealt with issues he came across, outside of our main issue. He arrived at the time he was scheduled to and the whole process, from initial contact with Stanley Electric, to scheduling in a timely manner, to arrival, was top notch. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical repairs.
All three electricians who have come to our house have been so professional, kind, and competent -- I'll definitely call them again if I need them! The turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I'm so grateful for their help.
