This is the system my house had in it so i figured i would give them a try. After trying to get a hold of a sales man to quote me and unresponsive e-mails back to them if i cant get ahold of a sales guy how is it going to be when i need security?
After the 15 minutes of my life i wasted cleaning up their business card stickers of my storefront. They will be the last i call.
Customer service slightly better then Comcast, I had to not pay for a half a year in order for them to complete the project to contract. In 2 years of service I have had 4 account reps. Their markup on hardware and services is outrageous, even after I went to the software vendor and got the MSRP for the licenses I was purchasing they still insisted on charging me their outragous markup.
