Way off.. We were glad to order a new appraisal company. Appraised our 1 year old home with 15k in upgrades for 2k under what the house was when it was built and the city. Also not very engaging during the appraisal didnt know how to operate the home automation.

Very social and friendly company. They were very responsive and efficient. They're a bit smaller than most appraisal companies so there's more heart in their work and it means a lot to them.
